TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 1. The AMC covers only exposed (open) plumbing fitting work.
  • 2. The AMC includes the repair and replacement of components.
  • 3. Two-piece toilet seats and wall-hung toilet seats are not included in the AMC; these require separate payment.
  • 4. The cost of materials will be charged separately.
  • 5. Work on concealed (in-wall) pipelines is not included.
  • 6. Civil work and wall demolition are not included.
  • 7. Charges may apply for emergency visits.
  • 8. The quality of replacement parts must be approved by the customer.
  • 9. Service will be provided only during working hours.
  • 10. Major pipeline modifications are not included in the AMC.
  • 11. The customer must provide water and electricity facilities during the work.
  • 12. Payments made are non-refundable.
